IHOP: A rant You know, most people don’t realize the seductive power of the pancake. A Jones for a pancake has to be worse than a Jones for crack. See, you can get pancakes in lots of places- but it’s the quality of the pancake that counts. A frozen hungry jack will just get you so far. You’ll move up to McDonalds, then the local diner, then Denny’s, and then IHOP. IHOP is like the Brazilian crack of pancakes.
